Description: The molds were produced by vacuum forming according to TU 4845-001-97557212-2006. Certificate of Conformity No. 1231281. Industrial design patent No. 74450.The mold is made in the Russian Federation from a special plastic (polymer) ABS plastic with a thickness of 2mm and is designed for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete by vibration casting, as well as gypsum. When filling, the mold requires additional tooling. In case of "sticking" (in case of non-compliance with the relevant conditions of the technological regulations), it is prohibited to clean the molds from concrete using the dry method.
It is not recommended to transport filled molds during the concrete hardening process.The color of the mold depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary.
