Description: The mold is made by vacuum forming.The mold is made in the Russian Federation from ABS plastic (polymer) with an additional coating (terlorane), which prevents sticking to the concrete mixture, and is designed for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete by vibration casting. When filling, the mold requires additional tooling. When using low-quality cement, periodic cleaning of the mold from adhering concrete is recommended. In case of "sticking" (in case of non-compliance with the relevant conditions of the technological regulations), it is prohibited to clean the molds from concrete using the dry method.
It is not recommended to transport filled molds during the concrete hardening process.
