Description: The plastic mold is used to make parking limiters (hemisphere). The mold is made of ABS plastic with a thickness of 4 mm in the Russian Federation by vacuum molding and is intended for the production of products made of colored concrete. The shape of the hemisphere requires additional tooling. The curb shape is used with all kinds of shapes for paving slabs.It is recommended to store molds unused in the production process at a temperature of at least +3 degrees Celsius. It is forbidden to use molds in the production process after long-term storage at a negative temperature without preliminary exposure at a temperature of at least 15 degrees Celsius. It is forbidden to throw molds at all stages of the production process.
In order to avoid the occurrence of "sticking" in the production, it is not recommended to use cement grades less than 500 D0 (satisfying GOST 10178-85), sand according to GOST 8736-93, crushed stone according to GOST 8267-93.
In case of "sticking" (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean molds from concrete by dry method.
It is possible to clean the molds from concrete after pre-soaking in a weak hydrochloric acid solution (3-4%) for at least 2 days, followed by cleaning with a soft natural brush under running water. It is not recommended to transport filled molds during the concrete hardening process. The color of the plastic mold depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary.
