Description: A plastic mold for the manufacture of tactile plates with three longitudinal reefs in the center. Tactile plates are designed to passively alert people with visual disabilities about the absence of obstacles along the way, as well as to indicate the location of urban social facilities. Tactile index plates for the visually impaired are installed on sidewalks at pedestrian crossings for self-orientation of visually impaired and blind people on streets and roads. The mold was produced by thermal vacuum molding (plastic thickness 2 mm according to TU 4845-001-97557212-2006) in accordance with GOST R 52875-2018. The mold is made in the Russian Federation from ABS plastic (polymer) with an additional coating (terlorane), which prevents sticking to the concrete mixture, and is designed for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete by vibration casting.
