Description: A universal form for making a window sill. The width of the form is 600mm. The set includes a bar shape for adjusting the width of the window sill. The bar with a weighting is installed inside the mold and fixed on the sides.The mold is made by vacuum molding in the Russian Federation from ABS plastic with a thickness of 2 mm with an additional coating (terlorane), which prevents sticking to the concrete mixture, and is designed for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete by vibration casting. When filling, the mold requires additional tooling. When using low-quality cement, periodic cleaning of the mold from adhering concrete is recommended. In case of "sticking" (in case of non-compliance with the relevant conditions of the technological regulations), it is prohibited to clean the molds from concrete using the dry method.
It is not recommended to transport filled molds during the concrete hardening process.
