You can also place an order via email art_forma@mail.ru, via messenger (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) or by fax +7 (831) 249-48-97 in any form, indicating the company details (or private details persons), delivery address, contact phone number and name of the form, size and quantity (for example: "California stone" 300*300*30 mm - 3 sq.m.).

Order processing:
The manager processes orders from Mon-Fri from 9.00 to 17.00 Moscow time.
Payment:
Forms are sent with 100% prepayment.
An invoice with payment details is sent to the specified email (or fax). After the money is received in the bank account, the order is completed and shipped.
Packaging:
To protect against external influences, plastic forms can be packaged in 5-layer corrugated boxes (450 rubles).
For large sizes, shipping packaging (sheathing) is made.

If in stock - 5 working days from the date of advance payment. In the spring-summer period it may increase.

Delivery by transport companies
Shipment to any corner of Russia and the country of the Customs Union is carried out through Business Lines, KIT, Baikal-Service, Energy, Zheldorekspeditsiya, PEK, MagicTrans, SDEK, Boxberry, etc. (Boxberry delivery is also available to the EAEU countries: Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan).
* Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the cargo. Our manager makes only a preliminary calculation.
The cost of delivery can be adjusted by the logistics department during the actual measurement of the cargo upon acceptance.
* Your cargo can be delivered to the door at the specified address.
TC offer a convenient payment system: payment for delivery services is made upon receipt of the cargo. The transport company picks up the cargo from our warehouse in Nizhny Novgorod.
* If you do not have packaging for plastic forms, the transport company can perform rigid crating. The cost of protective packaging depends on the prices of the transport company.
Delivery by Russian Post
* Due to the non-standard sizes of plastic forms, Russian Post packs our cargo in a custom-made box and a cotton bag specially sewn to fit it. The cost of such packaging is 600 rubles (box + bag)
* Shipping costs are calculated according to Russian Post tariffs according to the weight of the parcel. When confirming the order, the manager will inform you of the preliminary shipping cost.
Delivery to other countries
By air or sea. Cost calculation and customs clearance are made on the day of order.
