Technology for cladding building blocks
Products manufactured using this technology have exceptional physical and mechanical properties, providing high compressive strength (from B 40 to B 90, corresponding to grades M 600-M 1200 and higher), rapid hardness (strength within 24 hours of natural hardening of at least 25-30 MPa) and moisture resistance (water absorption less than 5%).

Production of thermally efficient wall blocks
Our technology allows us to produce wall blocks using metal forms for the construction of one- and two-story buildings.
The thermal insulation block consists of several layers (3, 4 or more, at your discretion):
- Decorative front layer using the “Marble from Concrete” technology (Kevlar concrete). It provides protection from external environmental influences.
- Thermal insulation layer (foam plastic, polystyrene foam, etc.)
- Load-bearing inner layer made of expanded clay concrete or concrete
All layers are connected without the use of glue thanks to metal-plastic, basalt or fiberglass rods. This prevents delamination.
