Materials and equipment for the production of concrete products

Basic materials

Sand

Sand is used in accordance with GOST 8736-93 "Sand for construction work. Technical characteristics" or ASTM Ts33/C33M-08. Size modulus (Mkr) from 2 to 4. The content of dust, clay and silt should not exceed 2%. The content of lumpy clay in the sand is not allowed.

Cement

Gray and white cement without mineral additives is used (marked “D0”), with strength grade M400, M500.

Plasticizer

Plasticizers are used to improve the physical properties of concrete. Plasticizer S-3 is one of the special domestic chemical additives for concrete, produced by chemical synthesis. This makes Plasticizer S-3 stand out from other additives, which are mostly production waste and have a lot of side effects.

Color pigments

For coloring products, iron oxide pigments are used in the form of dry coloring powders. Iron oxide pigments are distinguished by high hiding power, light and weather resistance, and resistance to many chemical reagents. Unique technical characteristics combined with a low price determine their use in many industries: construction (concrete products, paving slabs, dry building mixtures, sand-lime bricks), production of paints and varnishes, plastic and rubber products, etc.

For the preparation of mortars and concrete mixtures, as well as for mixing dry mixtures, the SBR-260, SBR-260a concrete mixer is used - equipment with an innovative design, professional quality, exceptional strength and safety, ensuring a long service life.

Vibrating table

For the manufacture of high-quality concrete products, vibrating tables with horizontal vibration are used, which make it possible to obtain a more dense mixture and create a heterogeneous, aesthetically attractive color of the product. In addition, when subjected to horizontal vibration, the ABS plastic molds used to produce products retain their properties longer and are less susceptible to breakage, which extends their service life and reduces additional production costs. The design of the vibrating table includes a special movable table with a vibrator of a dynamic operating principle, a control panel and a transformer. All parts are rigidly fixed to the frame. Two people are enough to fully service the installation.

Shapes

For the production of concrete products, plastic molds from ABS, polypropylene, PVC and flexible molds from polyurethane are used. Plastic molds are intended for casting concrete using vibratory casting technology - concrete marble, Kevlar concrete, ultra concrete, granite, laster concrete, high-strength concrete. Polyurethane flexible molds are suitable for casting stone from gypsum for interiors or filling with expanded clay-cement mixture for exterior decoration.
