Operating principle
The technology consists of removing air from the concrete mixture using a planetary concrete mixer. The mixture is then fed to a vibrating table with horizontal vibration, which ensures uniform distribution of the mixture and compaction of the casting.
Physico-mechanical properties
Thanks to our innovative policy, our products have excellent physical and mechanical characteristics:
- Compressive strength: from B40 (M600) to B90 (M1200) and higher;
- Hardening speed: strength after a day of natural hardening is at least 25-30 MPa;
- Water resistance: W15 and above;
- Frost resistance: F700 and above;
- Abrasion: no more than 0.2-0.3 g/cm²;
- Water absorption: 0.5-1% max;
- Resistance to chloride penetration: high;
- Gas tightness: high;
- Deformability control: compensation of concrete shrinkage in the early stages of hardening.
