The balustrade consists of individual elements that can be combined with each other and create various sets of balusters. Balustrades are used on external stairs and terraces, as well as in the interior, if the house has steps.
The forms are produced by vacuum molding.
The form is made in the Russian Federation from ABS plastic (polymer) with an additional coating (terlowran), which prevents sticking to the concrete mixture, and is intended for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete by vibration casting, as well as from gypsum. When pouring the mold, additional equipment is required. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the mold from adhering concrete. In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using the dry method.
Transportation of poured forms during the process of concrete hardening is not recommended.
