The mold is produced by vacuum molding for the production of parking restrictions with a diameter of 400 mm.
The mold is made in the Russian Federation of ABS plastic 4 mm thick and is designed for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete by vibration casting. When pouring the mold, additional equipment is required. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the mold from adhering concrete. In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using the dry method.
It is not recommended to transport filled forms during the concrete hardening process.
