The "Ultraconcrete" technology is an original method of vibratory casting of concrete mixture, which differs from most conventional methods in the production of building materials.

At the request of the customer, we provide distance learning: we send technological documentation for study by email, a technologist conducts online classes via video conference.

The essence of the technology is that the concrete mixture based on Portland cement is tightly compressed spherical pellets (diameter 20-50 mm).

Ultraconcrete pellets are formed in the drum of a modified gravity mixer. Pelleting the concrete mixture in a gravity mixer makes it possible to obtain high-density pellets with the complete exclusion of air from the mixture. When palpated (to the touch), a ripe pellet resembles hard rubber.

Usual light-resistant iron oxide and phthalocyanine pigments for concrete are used as colors. But these pigments are consumed two to three times less in comparison with accepted standards. Here the pigments do not paint the entire body of the concrete, which in principle is not necessary, but are applied in small doses (according to the recipe) onto the surface of the mature pellets. In this case, each ball of Ultraconcrete is colored uniquely in its own way and, with further molding of the monolith, gives its own line (“vein”) of shade in the surface of the product. As a result, products made from Ultra Concrete imitate natural stones with a complex natural pattern like marble, granite, amber, etc.

Additionally, the technology of artificial marble using the mushy method and the technology of self-candle (Moon) will be given.
