The front surface of the form forms a relief pattern in the form of a chess field (parquet). Due to the lamellas alternating in the form of a lattice on the surface, it is possible to use tiles for laying on a slope, on ramps.
The form is produced by injection molding with stiffeners made of special plastic in the Russian Federation and is intended for the production of marble from concrete technology.
It is not recommended to transport poured forms while the concrete is curing. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the form from adhering concrete. In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using a dry method.
The color of the plastic form depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary.
We accept used rigid forms for exchange - for 10 old forms 1 new one. Before handing over the form, wash off the concrete mixture.
