Plastic Mold Shipboard

The front surface conveys the texture of a wooden unplanned board, on which fibers, knots and natural irregularities stand out. Unlike parquet boards and laminates, natural wood fibers are repeated on the board (the height of the relief of protruding fibers is from 3 to 6 mm). Paving slabs are recommended for garden paths and walking paths.
The plastic mold is made in Russia by injection molding with stiffeners. Plastic molds made of special plastic (polymer) are designed for the production of colored concrete products. The mold is ready for pouring and does not require additional equipment. The mold is used with all types of molds for paving slabs.
It is recommended to store molds not used in the production process at a temperature of at least 6 degrees Celsius. It is prohibited to use molds in the production process after long-term storage at subzero temperatures without prior exposure at a temperature of at least 15 degrees Celsius. Dropping molds is prohibited at all stages of the production process. Stacking in a poured form “one on one” is allowed.
To avoid the occurrence of “sticks” during production, it is not recommended to use cement of a grade less than 500 D0 (satisfying GOST 10178-85), sand in accordance with GOST 8736-93, crushed stone in accordance with GOST 8267 -93.
Transportation of poured forms during concrete hardening is not recommended.
The color of the plastic form depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary.

We accept used rigid forms for exchange - for 10 old forms 1 new one. Before handing over the form, wash off the concrete mixture.
