The mold is made in the Russian Federation from PVC plastic and is intended for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete by vibration casting. When pouring the form, no additional equipment is required. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the form from adhering concrete. In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using a dry method.
Transportation of poured forms during the concrete hardening process is not recommended.
