The plastic shape imitates river pebbles. The assortment includes 22 stones of various textures.
The shape is made using the vacuum molding method, the plastic thickness is 2 mm according to TU 4845-001-97557212-2006. Certificate of Conformity No. 1231281.
The mold is made in the Russian Federation from ABS plastic (polymer) with an additional coating (Terlowran), which prevents sticking to the concrete mixture, and is intended for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete by vibration casting. Forms with a relief texture require additional equipment when pouring. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the mold from adhering concrete. In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using a dry method.
Transportation of poured forms during the concrete hardening process is not recommended.
The color of the plastic form depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary .
