The separator is designed to ensure easy separation of concrete products from the plastic mold.
For easy and successful stripping of products, the mold must be lubricated before each pour. Before applying the lubricant, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and degrease the application surface from traces of previous coatings, other oils and the effects of environmental exposure.
Lubricant tends to clog the texture and relief of the matrices after a certain number of lubrication cycles. Therefore, if the relief of your mold is clogged with grease, the mold must be cleaned using a soap solution, brushes and cloth. The mold must be completely dry before next use.
The lubricant is intended for creating an anti-adhesive coating on molds when molding products from polymer composite materials: polyurethane foams, polyurethane elastomers, for the production of elastic polyurethane forms at the PU/concrete, gypsum, cement or PU/model border.
