Plastic molds for curbs made of special plastic (polymer) are designed for the production of colored concrete products. The garden curb "Greece" is made in Russia using injection molding with stiffeners. The curb shape is ready to be poured and does not require additional equipment. The curb shape is used with all types of paving slab molds.
It is recommended to store molds not used in the production process at a temperature of at least 3 degrees Celsius. It is prohibited to use molds in the production process after long-term storage at subzero temperatures without prior exposure at a temperature of at least 15 degrees Celsius. Dropping molds is prohibited at all stages of the production process. Stacking in a poured form “one on one” is allowed.
To avoid the occurrence of “sticks” during production, it is not recommended to use cement of a grade less than 500 D0 (satisfying GOST 10178-85), sand in accordance with GOST 8736-93, crushed stone in accordance with GOST 8267 -93.
In case of “stucks” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using the dry method.
It is possible to clean the forms from concrete after preliminary soaking in a weak solution of hydrochloric acid (3-4%) for a period of at least 2 days, followed by cleaning with a soft natural brush under running water. It is not recommended to transport poured forms while the concrete is curing. The color of the plastic mold depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary.
