The mold is produced by vacuum molding, plastic thickness is 2 mm according to TU 4845-001-97557212-2006. Certificate of Conformity No. 1231281.
The mold is made in the Russian Federation from ABS plastic (polymer) with an additional coating (Terlowran), which prevents sticking to the concrete mixture, and is intended for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete by vibration casting.
When Filling the form requires additional equipment. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the form from adhering concrete. In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using a dry method.
Transportation of poured forms during the concrete hardening process is not recommended.
The color of the form depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary.
