The molds are produced by vacuum molding according to TU 4845-001-97557212-2006. Certificate of conformity No. 1231281. Patent for industrial design No. 74450.
The mold is made in the Russian Federation from a special plastic (polymer) ABS plastic with a thickness of 2 mm and is intended for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete by vibration casting, as well as from gypsum. When pouring the mold, additional equipment is required. In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using a dry method.
Transportation of poured forms during the concrete hardening process is not recommended.
The color of the form depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary.
