There is an ornament on the front side of the form. Octahedrons with squares 120x120x40 mm are supplied. Tiles can alternate with octahedrons.
There are 11 octahedrons and 12 squares per square meter.
The mold is made by injection molding with stiffeners made of special plastic in the Russian Federation in the city of Nizhny Novgorod and is intended for the production of marble from concrete technology.
A distinctive feature from other manufacturers: the absence of technological holes (pimples) on the surface of the tile.
Transportation of poured forms during the concrete hardening process is not recommended. When using low-quality cement, periodic cleaning of the form from adhering concrete is recommended . In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using a dry method.
The color of the plastic form depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary.
We accept used rigid forms for exchange - for 10 old forms 1 new one. Before handing over the form, wash off the concrete mixture.
