The mold is made by injection molding with stiffening ribs made of special plastic (Russian Federation, Nizhny Novgorod) and is intended for production using vibration casting technology, Concrete Marble, Kevlar Concrete, Systrom.
Transportation of poured forms during concrete hardening is not recommended. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the form from adhering concrete. In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using a dry method.
The color of the plastic form depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary.
