The front surface of the mold is shagreen, forms a figured pattern with a division in the center.
The mold is made in the Russian Federation by injection molding from a special plastic (polymer) with stiffening ribs. The molds are intended for the production of concrete products by vibration casting and vibrocompression in small- or large-scale production and only when using appropriate equipment for molding and demolding. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the mold from adhering concrete.
It is prohibited to use impact forces when unmolding. It is not recommended to transport poured forms during the concrete hardening process.
The color of the plastic form depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary.
We accept used rigid forms for exchange - for 10 old forms 1 new one. Before handing over the form, wash off the concrete mixture.
