Plastic form of shut-off valve DANGER - DANGER

The inscription “DANGER” is printed on the surface of the mold. The plate (PZK) is used to cover and protect electrical cables in a trench. A special “Danger Danger” inscription on each plate serves as a warning to construction, repair or installation services about the threat of high-voltage current during excavation work in the vicinity of trenches with electrical wiring. PZK tiles for cable protection can be used as paving stones on the ground in high-risk areas (boiler rooms, transformer rooms, etc.).
The shape is produced by vacuum molding. The mold is made in the Russian Federation from ABS plastic 2 mm thick with an additional coating (Terlowran), which prevents sticking to the concrete mixture, and is intended for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete by vibration casting. When pouring the mold, additional equipment is required. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the form from adhering concrete. In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using the dry method.
Transportation of poured forms during the process of concrete hardening is not recommended.
