Plastic mold for tactile plates with truncated conical reefs in a checkerboard pattern, designation "STOP".
Tactile indicating plates for the visually impaired are installed on sidewalks at pedestrian crossings for independent orientation of visually impaired and blind people on streets and roads.< br>The mold was produced by injection molding with stiffeners made of special plastic in the Russian Federation in the city of Nizhny Novgorod in accordance with GOST R 52875-2007.
The mold is intended for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete using vibration casting method. When filling, the form does not require additional equipment. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the form from adhering concrete. In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using a dry method.
Transportation of poured forms during the concrete hardening process is not recommended.
The color of the plastic form depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary .
