The mold is made by injection molding with stiffeners made of special plastic in the Russian Federation in the city of Nizhny Novgorod in accordance with GOST R 52875-2007.
The mold is intended for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete by vibration casting. When filling, the form does not require additional equipment. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the form from adhering concrete. In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using the dry method.
It is not recommended to transport filled forms during the concrete hardening process.
The color of the plastic mold depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary.
