Plastic mold for making tactile plates with three longitudinal reefs in the center. Tactile plates are designed to passively notify persons with visual impairments of the absence of obstacles on the route, as well as to indicate the location of urban social facilities.
Tactile indicator plates for the visually impaired are installed on sidewalks in places of pedestrian crossings for independent orientation of visually impaired and blind people on streets and roads.
The form is produced by thermo-vacuum molding (plastic thickness 2 mm according to TU 4845-001-97557212-2006) in accordance with GOST R 52875-2018.
The mold is made in the Russian Federation from ABS plastic (polymer) with an additional coating (Terlowran), which prevents sticking to the concrete mixture, and is intended for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete by vibration casting. When pouring the form, no additional equipment is required. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the form from adhering concrete. In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using a dry method.
Transportation of poured forms during the concrete hardening process is not recommended.
The color of the plastic form depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary .
