The plastic mold for tactile plates with straight parallel reefs complies with GOST R 52875-2018. Tactile slabs with straight parallel reefs are used to provide guidance for oncoming traffic.
Tactile slabs for the visually impaired are installed on sidewalks at pedestrian crossings for self-orientation of visually impaired and blind people on streets and roads.
The mold is made in the Russian Federation from ABS plastic (polymer) with an additional coating (terlowran), which prevents sticking to the concrete mixture, and is intended for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete by vibration casting method. When pouring the form, no additional equipment is required. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the form from adhering concrete. In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using the dry method.
It is not recommended to transport filled forms during the concrete hardening process.
