The mold was made in the Russian Federation using injection molding. The mold is made of special plastic (polymer) with stiffening ribs and is intended for the production of concrete products by vibration casting and vibrocompression in small-scale or large-scale production and only when using appropriate equipment for molding and demolding. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the form from adhering concrete. It is prohibited to use shock when unmolding. It is not recommended to transport poured forms during the concrete hardening process.
The color of the plastic form depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary.
We accept used rigid forms for exchange - for 10 old forms 1 new one. Before handing over the form, wash off the concrete mixture.
