The mold is produced by injection molding with stiffeners made of special plastic in the Russian Federation in the city of Nizhny Novgorod in accordance with GOST R 52875-2007.
The mold is designed for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete by vibration casting. When filling, the form does not require additional equipment. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the form from adhering concrete. In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using a dry method.
Transportation of poured forms during the concrete hardening process is not recommended.
The color of the plastic form depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary .
