The kit includes 15 molds for making curb stones “Safety Island” measuring 2000x2500x100 mm.

Safety island is a technical means of organizing traffic, separating lanes traffic, structurally separated by curbstones above the roadway. A traffic island is usually used when the street is very wide, since the crosswalk may be too long for some people to cross in one traffic light cycle.

The mold is produced by vacuum molding. The mold is made in the Russian Federation from ABS plastic 3 mm thick with an additional coating (Terlowran), which prevents sticking to the concrete mixture, and is intended for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete by vibration casting. When pouring the mold, additional equipment is required. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the form from adhering concrete. In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using the dry method.
Transportation of poured forms during the process of concrete hardening is not recommended.
