The mold was produced by injection molding with stiffeners made of special plastic in the Russian Federation in the city of Nizhny Novgorod in accordance with GOST R 52875-2007.
The mold is intended for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete by vibration casting. When pouring the form, no additional equipment is required. When filling the form, no additional equipment is required. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the form from adhering concrete. In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using a dry method.
Transportation of poured forms during the concrete hardening process is not recommended.
The color of the plastic form depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary .
We accept used rigid forms for exchange - for 10 old forms 1 new one. Before handing over the form, wash off the concrete mixture.
