Plastic mold for tactile plates with truncated conical reefs in a checkerboard pattern, designation "STOP".
Tactile indicating plates for the visually impaired are installed on sidewalks at pedestrian crossings for independent orientation of visually impaired and blind people on the streets and roads.
The mold is produced by vacuum molding, the plastic thickness is 3 mm according to TU 4845-001-97557212-2006 in accordance with GOST R 52875-2007.
The mold is made in the Russian Federation from ABS plastic (polymer) with an additional coating (terloran ), which prevents sticking to the concrete mixture, and is intended for the production of products from heavy-duty colored concrete using the vibration casting method. When pouring the form, no additional equipment is required. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the form from adhering concrete. In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using a dry method.
Transportation of poured forms during the concrete hardening process is not recommended.
The color of the plastic form depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary .
