The mold for slab 1K.5 is intended for the production of marble from concrete using technology. It can also be used for the manufacture of paving slabs from rubber crumbs, since polyurethane glue does not stick to the mold.
The mold is produced by injection molding with stiffeners made of special plastic in the Russian Federation in the city of Nizhny Novgorod.
Transportation of filled molds is not recommended during the concrete hardening process. When using low-quality cement, it is recommended to periodically clean the form from adhering concrete. In the event of “sticking” (if the relevant conditions of the technological regulations are not observed), it is prohibited to clean the forms from concrete using a dry method.
The color of the plastic form depends on the presence of dye in the plastic and may vary.
We accept used rigid forms for exchange - for 10 old forms 1 new one. Before handing over the form, wash off the concrete mixture.
